It was a beautiful sunny day, lots of hope. and you how hard is it to get that weather in Swansea.
Suddenly, you realize that you wait for 10 minutes to get served. The problem is not with the workers are busy, No the problem is that the workers are watching you far from the counter to avoid extra job!!!.
Excuse me????, that's what starbucks paid for i guess.
Think the driver thru staff here are the friendliest of any Starbucks I've ever visited, always super cheery and pleasant (almost always come in mornings). Only request would be to make sure the beyond meat breakfast roll is heated long enough as they're very unpleasant when underdone and still cold inside. Typically it's fine, but the occasional cold one slips through (this isn't as bad a problem here as other locations I might add).
Visited on a quiet Sunday afternoon. Low Atmosphere score due to poor overall cleanliness. Tables and floor need a good clean, toilets need a deep clean!
Ordered through drive through, service was friendly. Drink was given over with lid not fully pushed down so coffee spilled all over white jeans. Went in to explain what happened and just had ‘is blue roll ok’. I expect an apology at minimum.
People, to be aware that this coffee shop is so greedy, that charges £100 parking ticket for 8 miniutes parking there. I totally understand that there is parking for customers but sometimes is half term, and the kids have been starving and mothers are rush to the night shifts so tried to buy fast burgers in oposite McDonald's because half past six its really hard to buy something fresh in your shop. I've paid this amount to you but you should really consider is this worth your good company',s name, your opinion, your sustainability and care about local environment and socjety in the world where are many competitors. Congrstulation for marketing as well for the positive brand development. This is only a parking....
Absolutely awful experience. Ordering my drink at the drive thru was not an issue however the young woman at the window was horrific. Not a word spoken to me, the card machine basically thrown out the window at me and upon accepting my drink she was talking via the headset to her colleagues. As a frequent visitor this service was exceptionally bad.
Despite there only being only one person before us, our food order took a while (we had three pastries so no cooking or warming) and the server didn't ask us what we wanted until we called to her.
We used to use starbucks on a regular basis. Well that was until a nice £100 parking fine landed on our door step. My husband parked in Starbucks Fabian way Swansea and popped over to McDonald's to grab a burger and then was going to get a coffee from starbucks drive thru.... but then a call from our Autistic son made him rush home and forget to get his coffee. He NEVER gave it a second thought.... Starbucks did though... they made sure that he would remember that he forgot to get his coffee for a long time with a £100 parking fine...... Starbucks we will never use your over priced coffee again....... we like Tim Hortons now. So we should be thanking you because if you hadn't sent the fine then we wouldn't have looked elsewhere.
