Staff have no idea about coffee. If you ask for an extra shot in your coffee it's because you find the coffee too weak, not that you need a larger size cup with more water. That defeats the purpose of the extra shot. Duh!

Horrible Starbucks and would rate 0 stars if I could. We went to the Starbucks as we believed this to be dog friendly due to all other ones we visited allowing dogs. After I ordered my drink and paid. Myself and my dog were asked to leave by the middle aged baled staff member. No explanation apart from you can sit outside but we are owned by the garage across the road.
Will not be visiting again due to this and have logged a formal complaint with Starbucks against this one particular employee.
Around 5 times I have been here and they don't have iced drinks or frappes? Literally not once have I gone past and they've had ice - what's going on? Stuck in the drive thru each time as well, at least put a sign up or take them off the menu until you learn to freeze water. Won't be going to this one again - mcdonalds down the road always has ice.
Not a lot to be said here really, it's another Starbucks in a different location, they're all pretty much mirror images of each other in terms of look and feel and of course menu.
I've only stopped here a handful of times and it's been hit and miss to them having the ingredients to make certain drinks. I've had more free drinks vouchers than drinks I've actually paid for due to this issue. Nice to have some form of apology, but I'd much rather have the drink that I wanted to order the first time around :)
horrid service waited 20 mins in drive thru to be told they could give me my drink with almond milk instead of oat, which i ordered, as they were out of oat milk, i am allergic to almonds so i said i cant have that and was met with rude stare and a sigh , got my drink with soy milk and it tasted like dishwasher water with no flavour syrup like i asked and paid for. would not go again and not the first timw this has happened ???? no receipt given either ffs
Although this can get very busy at times the staff are really efficient, so the speed of service is at minimum what you would expect but generally fast.
The quality of the coffee served is consistently good.
The staff are attentive, friendly and welcoming.
