Had to go inside the cafe as all tables outside were full of discarded used cups, plates etc. The bins were smelly and overflowing (1pm, not at the end of the day). Inside, out of 13 empty tables none were cleared ready for next use. I had to clear a table for our use. Service for drinks is incredibly slow… our hot food was ready before 2 drinks (one of which was wrong!). Aimee would do well to pay attention to her job rather than nosying at what other customers are ordering!
Toilets are a disgrace. Dirty floor, dirty sink and toilet bowl. No soap in dispenser. The toilet brush, on a shelf in full view, is soiled with bits of excretement and dirty tissue. Not the standards expected of Starbucks, and I have visited many. I’d suggest the manager takes a good look at this place and sorts it quick. A surprise visit from environmental health would no doubt be enlightening…if the public areas are this bad I dread to think what the kitchen holds!
Loved it here! It is animal friendly been a few times after vet appointment for my cat and have seen dogs in here. Great selection of drinks and their cupcakes are amazing. Also, had a few to good to go bags which were amazing value with lots to chose from.
This Starbucks is a little haven in the midst of the big shops. Walk in service is usually better than drive through as it gets pretty busy, but unless you have no time the stop is pretty welcome!
Good accessibility and seating is comfy with a good amount of it.
My go to place for a Saturday morning Latte . Nice modern place with friendly staff .

Odered 2 lattes one took 10 min the other another 8 min later no apology just dumped on side.
Staff bsristas, putting fingers inside cups to pick em use handles please have to drink out of these.
Just had a coffee, it was really busy. Order taken quickly, but had to wait ages for my beverages. Tables needed clearing. Fabulous coffee though, when it arrived. Understaffed?
Me and my daughter always use the drive thru service and we never have a bad experience! All the workers who have served us have been amazing and so friendly ????????????????
