This place was great I was lucky that we could ‘dine in’ so we did. There were two girls having fun on their phones as I went in and a man reading his book in the corner. They accommodated my soy latte and were just generally wonderful. Highly recommended
Have visited this Starbucks branch several times in Lincoln. Usually easy to find parking. Nice atmosphere - modern airy building with lots of natural light, nice decor and comfortable seating options.
Staff always friendly and polite. Nice range of coffee options. Have always enjoyed drinks that I have bought, and will continue to visit this branch when I am in the area!
Our go to Starbucks! The fastest service in my experience of living in Lincolnshire, and the dining area is always clean and has a lovely atmosphere. The staff are always fab especially Mirak, it's our designated coffee stop no matter the occasion
Tried the new salted pretzel frappe and plant based breakfast wrap and both were delicious, very clean and quick service even though the drive through was very busy.
Starbucks was ridiculously expensive but that’s a given for them all- this branch had an especially nice atmosphere with a board showing free puppicinos and free drink if you buy coffee on the last Friday of the month!
I enjoyed my first visit so I came again but the service was slow. I got the food well before the hot drink, The staff member apologised. It was busy but I wasn't the only one waiting.
Good service food and drink made to liking and drink my oat milk latte spot on creamy tasty just how I like it .
I went to Starbucks with my friend Sam. I also took my dog and he had a Pupachino and absolutely loved it. I will definitely be taking him again.
Staff are friendly, but look like they are overworked, and under staffed, it was very busy, so you feel bad asking them to do anything other than the basics.
It was lunchtime but only a few food items available, about 3 sandwiches in total ( not varieties, actual sandwiches) and about 4 cakes/biscuits left, so we only got drinks, place always feels grubby and could probably do with a refurb as I think it's the chipped tables and paint plus damaged walls and chairs etc making it look grubby.
Long wait for drinks about 6 other orders plus drive thru waiting before us, got to the car and my cream was missing but was on the other drink even though we had asked for cream on both( better for my waistline I suppose) but drinks tasted nice and were hot.
