Easy to park off the motorway. Ordered coffees and both my colleague and I had separate conference calls before we had to carry on our way. Clean and well laid out. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful.
I'm writing this review because I appreciate that people tend not to post about good experiences, but I just wanted to say that the staff here when I last visited were excellent. Probably among the most courteous I have come across in food retail this country.
For a Starbucks this one is great. The lady who served me and the man before me was so friendly, a naturally considerate and thoughtful person. Good stop off if you're on a long journey through

The lovely lady who served me got me an upgrade on my frappes to large sizes due to the long waiting time which she didn't have to. It was understandable that she has to serve the customers before me. However it was a nice feeling and good gesture offered that I wasn't expected. Thumbs up for her and her team mate too. Thanks ladies!
Very quiet and a really nice Starbucks to go to. LOADS of parking, easy to get to and loads of space inside. Drinks are all very well made and the staff are very nice. Food is ok, nothing special but that's pretty standard from a Starbucks.
Only real issue with this is that it is not really a place you can pop to if you live in the area. Not unless you want to drive the rest of the dual carriageway and have to drive it again just to get back. This place is NOT in Emsworth really. So bare that in mind!
Stopped for a coffee. Big queue. Only two servers. Didn't have time to wait.
1 is too many stars at least come up with a better excuse than we have no hot water. I asked for a black coffee
