Standard basic coffee is ok, the rest of the menu is the usual Starbucks pump your body full of sugar options. I don’t recommend going to anywhere like this. I’d much prefer a local coffee shop but sometimes needs must.
Dirty, noisy, expensive!
Tables and floors need cleaning.
Waitress made a lot of noise scrapping chairs on the floor and swore.
Unpleasant experience, I will definitely not revisit or recommend
Great location and yes essential stop off when travelling through wales.
However I am local and I do tend to go there on more occasions than a stop Off. My last visit was disappointing. The furniture has been changed and now it’s just uncomfortable and uninviting- it’s as though they really want you to have a quick coffee/meal and go!!! Staff weren’t that attentive! It was not busy at all and three staff behind the counter. Still had to stand and wait for our coffee at end of the counter. Even though we said we were staying in we were served our coffee in paper cups!!! It’s expensive to be served in a paper cup- more of a message to please be quick and go!!!
The place was untidy and needed a good clean. The bay where you collect spoons and serviettes etc was disgusting. Needed a real good clean. Tables hadn’t been wiped down. I repeat it was not busy- there were probably four tables of two! It’s a pitty as it’s been very different when I’ve been before. I’ll think twice about going again. They’re lucky they will have a captured audience being on a travelling route next to a garage! Cmon think about customer service- how would you like to be served an expensive coffee on your only day off when meeting a good friend!! Improvement needed.
Huge open area, looked really good and had a wide range of coffees available. Toilet just didn't have any toilet paper
Stop here a lot as it’s a great location before heading down south wales. Good place to meet up with friends coming from further round the north wales coast.
The staff are always great, there parking and a petrol station next door.
Not dog friendly!! Unlike majority of the Starbucks franchise s that we have been to. Signage tucked away in the corner of the door enabling our dog to read it but not us hardly surprising it's rated 27 out of 28 in trip advisor, could have got a better deal in the town as food and drinks mediocre went for convenience over the extortionate price.ps only after we paid were we informed the policy about dogs and had to leave.
Arrived at 6:15pm but was told that no Frappachinos available as the machines had been cleaned out & Toilets were unavailable too as they were also being cleaned as were due to close, the chairs were up already on the tables too. However, opening times started they were open until 7:30pm - so either need to change opening hours on website to reflect actual hours or they closed an hour early. Poor service really
Lovely coffee. Poor service. Could have been friendly. Sorry but found them slightly rude. Wasn't run of their feet. They got the drink in front of me wrong. They didn't understand what I wanted. I only wanted a skinny vanilla latte.
