I ordered blonde roast double macchiato, hot chocolate and cinnamon swirl they charged me £13.85. First of all they charged me for a caramel macchiato, which is more expensive. When my drinks were ready they made the caramel macchiato which I told them is wrong. They then gave me a double espresso which is also wrong. It took them 3 attempts just to make me a double macchiato which also was still wrong as it wasn’t blonde roast, but I had given up at this point. The staff were not apologetic at all and I have a baby with me that needed feeding at the time and the other drink got cold. Terrible service. Wasn’t even offered any form of refund when I was overcharged.
I come to this Starbucks quite regularly and each time I leave happier than I did when I walked in. The customer service is amazing. Sally and Kelly are such happy polite staff who always go that extra step. Thank you!
Best experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks, Sally was very attentive and a lovely staff member. Would recommend stopping off at this Starbucks if the chance arises.
We went here today on my Daughters birthday as the cafe at The Triangle was closed.
Really welcoming to us all (group of 13!) and very accommodating.
Manager made my daughter really happy with a personalised Starbucks cup for her which was amazing. Even sang Happy Birthday!

Decent toilets. Service was quick and friendly. Sadly didn’t have decaf when we last visited. Good number of tables.
First time at this branch, there were plenty of tables and chairs on arrival but most of them were dirty with rubbish left by previous customers. Lots of staff behind counter that I feel one of them could have cleaned tables. We went around 1pm and wasn't much choice of sandwiches left. What we did have was nice. Over priced for what it was, wouldn't rush back
Dirty, dingy and gross! The seats are absolutely filthy! The floor looks like it hasn't been swept since before the Pandemic. Food looks good, but didn't dare touch any.
No toilet paper in the toilets.
Funnily enough, the toilets are cleaner than the cafe's seating area.
The staff are friendly and polite.
Probably the worst Starbucks in the country!
Asked for an extra hot and was told they couldn’t as I might burn my mouth/throat?
I ordered the drink extra hot so would obviously know it’s hot!
Was told the maximum is 63’C but actually came out at 58’C.
Was going to get breakfast but didn’t bother!
Blamed Starbucks but doesn’t happen in any other branch!
