A very sparcly furnished establishment. No atmosphere at all. Very clinical. Staff efficient but no extra chat. Hot chocolate and a latte were very tasty. Toasted sandwiches were tasty, but trying to cut both with wooden fork and knife not easy. The fork broke.
This is a nice coffee shop. Although just recently opened, the staff are friendly and polite. As with all Starbucks, they do a great range of drinks. The place has a nice vibe too. I would definitely come back here.
Not at all impressed with this coffee shop, all the hot drinks come in a large mug, looks something like a builders mug. The staff are very slow at serving and not very customer service friendly or experienced and due to this the cues at times are horrendous. The food is also nothing to go by, not recommend.
I have been served by a lovely young lady today who has amazing customer service with lots of enthusiasm who is an absolute asset to the company and would like to think they will learn from her how to treat their customers. Unfortunately there are a couple who have come across as quite rude in the past few weeks of my visits.
Yesterday, one of the ladies who served me had quite the attitude whereas the other one was just wandered around.
I am well and truly quite appalled by this service especially as I am a fairly regular customer and have had better service from other employees!
We think Rees is the best barista ????. Always a smile on her face and makes everyone feel welcome no matter how they communicate. ????
New Starbucks cafe, opened on 1st Dec 2022. Very friendly staff. Smack in the centre of the town. A lovely place to have a cup of coffee.
