My cappuccino with a shot of caramel tasted nice. However my wife’s macchiato wasn’t as good as she normally has it in Starbucks. Inside is nice and bright thanks to the large windows and there’s plenty of seating. The floors were a bit dirty considering the place just opened. The lack of gluten free options is disappointing.
Went for an interview here, stood there 10 minutes, not one member of staff acknowledged me and the manager walked off stating ‘they’re going for a vape’ at the scheduled time of my interview.
I walked out, didn’t get a nice vibe from the place at all and I’ve heard they just slam drinks down and don’t speak to customers. Luckily I was just an interviewee, but I’ll make sure to never visit as a customer.
Decided to go into the store rather than the drive through, the store is fairly new but is quite small (presumably more aimed towards drive thru customers). Not enough seating inside and the parking is very limited. Apart from that was the usual Starbucks.
Went through drive through no one behind or infront. Server seemed very rude and dismissive, forgot our whole order so had to order again at the window and then wait 10 minutes, after waiting and driving off we noticed they still got it wrong !
£20 for two drinks and caramel shortbreads should be illegal.
Standard (but nice!) Starbucks coffee. The negative - a rather long 15+min wait for a single take out latte at 08:40 on a Saturday morning. They need more staff.
Ordered X2 Hot Choc & cream, by the time I had got to my destination, one of the cups was half full of hot choc, and the other one was just under.
Starbucks got paid for 2 & gave out enough for 1.
Only take card payment which is the main downside.
Friendly staff, products are same as any other Starbucks.
Parking is excellent.
So I came to this starbucks 22/10/23, i was served by a lady who looked like she didnt want to be there, her name badge said Beck. I ordered an oat caramel iced latte with extra caramel syrup, this lady puts caramel drizzle on my drink. First time, absolutely fine, didnt ask if it was an allergy or preference, so fair enough. The same mistake was made the second time, even after stating that I'm allergic to dairy. Then the third time, my partner had to ask because I was getting frustrated, and it seemed like the staff didn't care and were happy complaining about it. Absolutely shocking customer service, will not be returning.
