A contractor who works for Starbucks makes a business at night. If you do not want to pay a penalty and hate Starbucks in the future don't even bother to buy anything from them. They employ MET parking services to charge people when their business closes. It doesn't matter if you feel safe and want to rest for less than an hour in the empty parking they will charge you a penalty because the business is closed and the business parking continues. I've got twice from them penalties £100. I just want to make sure how much I hate your side business. selling coffee and sandwiches, not enough money for you from working hard customers. Ridiculous.
CAR PARK - This is a car park for Starbucks Customers ONLY, you must be a paying customer in order to park here. You then gain FREE PARKING.
DO NOT PARK here when the store is closed, and DO NOT walk across to McDonalds.
As stated on all the signage. Quite clearly.
IT IS NOT A SCAM… it is for genuine customers only. It is not a waiting area for the Airport.
MET PARKING IS OPERATED BY THE LAND OWNERS AND NOT STARBUCKS.
Opened late. Had to wave for attention in order to get the door open. Served without a smile and swear she was trying to power nap whilst making the drinks. Does not look clean and when i sat down all the seats were sticky. Also a lot of flies inside. Not the best for the cost.
Stopped here to grab a coffee last Monday. Discovered they were closed so went to McDonalds instead. Lovely coffee from Mcd’s but just had a penalty charge for entering the Starbucks car park and not paying the charge. £100. The staff don’t make you aware you will be charged for getting a coffee. 5 different parking schemes who are not connected but seam to work together to squeeze as much money out of drivers without providing a service. Absolute scam artists.
They changed the toilet system which is really great. Its like having your home toilet. Very clean. Also atmosphere was nice but cannot say the same things for my coffee. It was very hot, I couldn’t taste coffee but I tasted burnt milk. If you have someone to pickup from airport, it’s good place to wait.
The lady working here was so so rude!! I made an order with a guy who when I ordered I asked for a new drink they had on the menu, which was a creamy drink with flavourings but without the coffee. She made it for me with the coffee and when I said something she was soooo rude and tried to make me feel stupid shouting it’s a coffee based drink. To which I explained I asked when I ordered and if you can’t make it without the coffee then tell me and I would have ordered something different. She kept going on and on being all condescending and rude. Then when passing me my husbands late said that’s got coffee in it you know. Like I’m stupid. She was so rude, no manners or customer service skills. Disgusting service Starbucks.
My go to coffee place which has been recently refurbished and looks and feels fantastic!
Always spotlessly clean and the coffee refreshingly consistent. All the staff members are friendly, personable, helpful and good fun. Keep up the good work and I’ll probably see you tomorrow morning and the morning after and the morning after that!

Came 20 minutes before closing toilets been blocked off with chairs so customers wouldn't be able to use them. After asking if I could use it I been told no. Awful service. To your knowledge as long as you serving your toilets should be accessible. If you trying to finish early then it means you should look for a job that suits you better if this hours don't fit you
