Just had the car in for a full service, in by 8am out by 2pm. Jim and Mark were great, very patient with me regarding a few minor issues I suspected I had with the vehicle and then investigated thoroughly. Highly recommended. Pricing was very competitive, I called up 4-5 reputable garages in the area. Service was excellent. See you next year!
The lovely gents here very kindly helped me in a damsel in distress moment when I found my tyre had gone down overnight and was in a hurry. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly and polite and I am so grateful for his time and help. Definitely recommended for a friendly local service ????
I had an MOT and service booked here and as I work away in France I arranged for it to be done and to pick it up when I got back. The guys here were very obliging and let me keep the car there for 3 weeks until I could pick it up. Coronavirus then hit big time and I was then stuck in France for 5 weeks instead of 3, but this was no problem for them. I got back after being away for that amount of time with a fresh MOT, service and charged battery. They helped me out and I'll continue to go to this garage with other vehicles.

Booked car into garage a couple of months ago for two repairs for an agreed price (Exhaust and anti roll bar link). Also asked for a check price on shock absorbers. The gentleman on the phone gave two price options but I decided not to proceed with either of these and the gentleman on the phone confirmed it made sense to deal with the cheaper issues first.
When picking the car up the price was significantly greater than quoted. When I queried this it turns out they had proceeded with work on the shocks despite me never agreeing or even selecting which price option to proceed with. They also did not carry out the work on the anti roll bar link but instead carried out another job that was an advisory on my MOT certificate without instruction. When challenged blamed me for not being clear on what was requested. Terrible experience, will not use again.
