Had a K04 turbo fitted to my Golf GTI as the original turbo was on its way out a few months ago. Recently noticed the car was not boosting correctly so just thought it was down to mapping only to find out that the turbo had a fair few bolts missing causing the turbo to fail and needing it to be rebuilt. Not impressed at all....... (if required I have an invoice showing this, I think a full refund is liable regarding this job)
Used this garage for first time to have a clutch fitted to find out it wasn’t the clutch it was the gear box so they said they could rebuild it in a week and half to 2 weeks, 9 weeks later I got my motor back and within a month it broke down to find out they was bolts missing from the gear box, loose bolts on the gearbox and dpf, all wires in the wrong place and they broke the clip on the crank sensor. Will not be using them again! Nor would I recommend!

I took my car in today hoping to book in to diagnose and fix a knocking noise. Considering it was a Monday afternoon I didn’t expect to be seen straight away and be done within just over an hour. I’m a young women and was worried they’d overprice or add on things that didn’t need doing but they were so genuine and honest and really reasonably priced (not to mention being in, fixed and out within a few hours). Highly recommend! I’m moving soon but will be coming back to use them as they’re worth it. Thanks Stanway Automotive!

*Update*
Fitted a whole new exhaust for me that I supplied at a reasonable cost. Due to the online parts place sending me partially wrong shaped exhaust stanway motors kindly altered it to fit the vehicle.
