I’ve been using this garage for years and they never let you down. Amazing quality of service, reasonable prices and they’re great to deal with. Totally reliable. Lewis always tries to get repairs scheduled quickly. Highly recommended.
We left our car in the care of Stanford Motors for 7 weeks, the length of time it took to get the part needed. When we went to collect it, it was returned covered and I mean covered in mould. I received no apology , though Keith later called my partner, but most importantly no offer to valet the car. I wrote to the company asking them to pay the £30 cost and got no reply. I never write these reviews but am horrified by our treatment. I think they saw two retired individuals and thought they could get away with it. Beyond poor. Think before you use this company.
