This is a classic bar well worthy of a visit - a traditional old bar with a great choice of Cask ales and top class service.
A great, friendly bar. It has multiple ale taps and is very popular for a reason. As far as I know they don't serve food but considering the sheer volume of places that serve food a short distance away it isn't an important factor at all.
Definitely a place to go to on a Sunday afternoon to watch sports and have a drink with friends.
Great pub, visited on another quick stop over going to CAMRA AGM in Dundee. Beer was good, lots of 'non scots' beers on, but found a great sour in a tin Stawberry Sundae ????????
Large selection of real ales. Loyal local regulars. Great history displayed on the walls, food not served. A great little spot.

One of the best pubs in the area. Excellent choice of cask beer, and always high quality unlike some other establishments (eg. that other big place across from brunton theatre). Decent prices too.
Great pub. Selection of ales best in Musselburgh/Edinburgh area. Beer festival last Sunday - superb. End was a bit foggy tho ????????
Great pub for a few drinks with friends in Musselburgh. Has a real old pub feel with the photographs of the old Hayweights clock and Irish whiskey mirror
