Can’t believe you ALL had to go to lunch break at the same time. Waited outside ended up with a long line of people. Not the cleverest thing to do really. No other ‘Boots’ does this so why do you?
The lady working on the counter was so un professional real rude
The store itself is fine but the asian man at the counter has poor customer service skills and needs some basic training. He strolled around behind the counter whilst several people waited in a queue at an unmanned till. He didn't even have the courtesy or basic customer service skills to say "I'll be with you shortly". Not sure how people like this are employed in a customer facing retail role. Will use the other local pharmacy instead from now on.
They used a evil man to try to slay me instore. I went in today to collect my order from online purchase, and Omar claims he doesn't recognise me. I saw his deceit in his eye's and actions. I won't be shopping at Boot's again.
Normally I gv boots 5stars but this boots on Stratford road isn't all that as to me it's good to order & collect but apart 4m dt it's cleanliness or atmosphere or staff's behaviour towards customers nothing is as good as I seen in other boots stores
