Awful experience due to the incredibly rude staff/owner, wouldn’t recommend at all! There are way better pharmacies out there, and. I strongly suggest you find yourself another one if you don’t want to tolerate such disrespectful customer service.
I would give this chemist 0 stars if i could. All staff and the chemist owner himself are very very rude. They are rude when you go into the chemist and over the phone. I rang for advice over the phone and he rudely said "no consultation over the phone" i am disabled and wanted advice ans then would have sent my husband to get the meds. But the owner didnt care. Please stay away
Worst chemist I've ever been to. Very rude staff. Completely useless, no knowledge on thier products. Very disappointed and strongly recommend you go somewhere else.
I highly recommend St Stephen's Chemist led by lead senior Pharmacist, Mr Mahesh Patel. He is a professional, efficient and highly organised Pharmacist and he and his team are an asset to the Community.
In the 16 years that I cared, for the different generations of my beloved family, Mr Mahesh Patel never missed a prescription, which is how reliable, efficient and caring he and his lovely team are.
His care has resulted in the prolonging of my late Mother's life and the miraculous healing of my sister, she has a second chance of life and is thriving.
I recommend his knowledgeable expert service to everyone. The pharmacy is part of the family, as he and the team have known us for years. Bravo!
