My experiance was. This is the place to go if u don't want to get a mot done without the worry of being exploited. Definitely my experience but can't say thinks always the case but would give these guys a try
This is the best mot center which I ever had very kind and helpful person last time while mot they replaced a rear light bulb and never charge me a money .

DO NOT KNW WHAT TO SAY
Called the owner yesterday for changing control arms on a W220 and I was told no problem pop in at 9:30am this morning.
Upon arrival there were a few cars there and 2 guys working, I enquired with them but they kind of ignored me and I had to repeat myself then they said come in at 11am the owner will be in but they were rude and totally did not care if they got the business or not. I have a personal mechanic who fixes everything outside my house and on this occasion is away for a few days hence i thought of using a garage which was actually recommended by a friend. I guess the owner deserves the right to know how his staff treat new customers and also will be talking to the person who recommended this place to me..
Never again for me and wouldnt ever recomment to anyone.
Very frustrated...... back to my personal mechanic from this friday.
Steer away if you are new to them as they dont really care.
