Great little precinct. There's a supermarket, a hairdresser's, a record shop, a charity shop, a butcher, a vegetarian restaurant, a coffee shop, a card shop, a chemist, a nail bar and other shops besides. I like the uniformity in colour of the signage above the shops. There's plenty of seating. The precinct has a nice vibe to it. Some lovely trees as well. There's a good-sized car park nearby.
Great little place in the middle of Caversham.
Has alot of potential to be fantastic.
Currently has Iceland, record shop, frame ship, hairdressers, charity shop, butchers and a vegetarian cafe.
Great little area for locals to meet up, 2min walk to the river for a relaxing walk.....
Ok, but in need of remodelling. There's lots of shops closed, somehow depressing places to shop but good coffee shop.
Nice precinct in Caversham, plenty of independent outlets. Caversham Butchers, and (unfortunate location) Vegivours (vegan cafe) are adjacent. Lively spot but cold solid block seating! Good mix of high street, charity and hairdresser outlets too, and the ubiquitous Costa Coffee!
Been going around where for costa, alto lounge and the butchers since I was 15 half my life ago, shops have got more modern looking but it's practically the same :)
Always clean and tidy.
Be aware of the 3 hour parking limit and no return within 3 hours! Parking eye will pursue even to court for any infringement
This is a small precinct, with a bumper of convenient and essential shops. Such as a big Costa coffee and an iceland supermarket,
