My first time picking up a prescription from a pharmacy so not entirely sure how things work. Staff were very friendly and helpful while remaining professional and maintaining confidentiality. Great first impression!
Have recently changed to St Leonards after years of poor service at another pharmacy. The staff here are so helpful and friendly. Always well stocked and great opening hours.
Always very helpful . For me they have always been excellent, they go above and beyond with their service. Just a shame that the GP surgery next door doesn't the same dedication and work ethic towards their patients as the pharmacy !
I have only just joined the pharmacy after an horrendous experience with a big chain which was supposed to deliver to me but never managed it over 6-8 times. The pharmacy is very professional and went out of their way to get an urgent med I needed and to deliver it. Everyone I dealt with about it was so helpful. Now, a couple of months on I am SO pleased to have moved here. Always a real person yo answer phone queries, reliable delivery system.
Why can't all pharmacies be as good as this one? Always well staffed. Always stock what you need. No long waiting times even when it's busy. Friendly staff. Great service.
Staff are always friendly happy and can’t do enough for you and they always seem to stock whatever you need I’m so impressed by them and the pharmacists are never to busy to give you advice when you ask I’m changing to this pharmacy as it’s a pleasure to visit and even wait for your prescriptions which is rare as every time iv had prescriptions in with them they are always ready to pick up highly recommend
THE lccal in-store embedded branch of a national chain giving average performance recently shut down due tor staff difficulties. The automatic referral to Superdrug was much worse, tardyi inaccurate, unhelpful.. Trying out the st Leonrds was, for fear of NHS burocracy, a delightful surprise; Swift, reliable, friendly, helpful in bridging communications with the surgery, Day-to-day life has markedly improved.
Had to change phamacy as the one i always used closed down! I wish i had done it earlier as the staff are fantastic always helpful with a smile and when i order perscription on my nhs app they have it ready in 2 days
