This is a lovely guest house. It's spotless and caters for your every need. Keith is a great host and made us feel very welcome. Love his sense of humour. Breakfast was great. Could not fault this guest house in any way. Nothing was too much trouble. Will be back.
Whilst over to visit some friends near Largs, we happened upon st Leonard's guest house through trip advisor. The reviews looked fantastic, 5/5 so we thought we would give it a call. A chap called Keith, who it turns out is the owner explained that whilst he was extremely busy, would be happy to accommodate us for our 2 day stay. We arrived for check in and couldn't have been met my a more courteous and professional individual, the owner himself! He took us straight up to our room, which on first impressions, blew us away, it was modern, spotless and had a great view to the sea beyond. We retired to bed that night and had one of the best sleeps we have had in a long time, extremely good mattress ,quiet surroundings and an amazing waterfall shower to greet us the next morning. We turned up for breakfast the following morning and Keith took us through our options, of course whilst in Scotland we opted for the cooked Scottish breakfast which I have to say consisted of the best local produce I have come across in a while. We can't thank Keith enough for our stay and I can't recommend this place enough, we will definitely be back to St Leonard's. We thank you and your staff Keith for the exemplary service.
We felt so welcomed at St Leonard's before and after the Opera at Barrfields Theatre. I don't drive, so Keith offered to take us. Accepted that gracious offer as it was a rainy windy night. Slept like logs. ||Next day, yum breakfast, and we were in the most beautiful part of the world to explore. All good.
Had the most wonderful time here, comfy bed, rooms are excellent and the breakfast is just heaven, fruit salad with cream, crossants and the cooked breakfast is delicious, and finally keith the host is a gentleman, his banter is brilliant, makes you feel right at home. i highly recommend St Leonards if you want a nice relaxing break..
Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, view of the Clyde, excellent generous breakfasts with lots of choice. Thanks to owner Keith for being so helpful and good company. The B&B is close to down town Largs and all restaurants, pubs and amenities.
Having visited Largs for the Scottish Open Judo tournament we got a genuinely warm welcome with great advice on local places to eat. Our room was immaculately clean, warm and comfortable. The breakfast was spot on - a fitting end to a great night away from home. Thanks to you both. See you same time next year!
Had a wonderful stay. Rooms very pretty. Clean and comfortable beds. We shared a bathroom which was kept immaculate at all times. Keith the host was amazing. Made sure we had transport if required and also amazing breakfasts. Just the most fantastic place to stay.
The owner, Keith, was lovely, friendly, humorous, caring and informative. Breakfast was the best I've ever had. Room spotlessly clean, bed very comfortable, including pillows. I'm going to go back just for the pleasure of staying again.
