Be careful of the parking it’s changed to only 3 hours and they use ANPR on the site and will automatically ticket you. The parking notices are plenty but really aren’t that noticeable so it’s quite possible to miss them.
My experience of this place. Do you don’t really want to know?After meeting my daughter for some Christmas shopping, lunch and coffee, November 24th 2023. Spending over £300. I then receive a parking fine for going over the allotted time. I didn’t even know there was one! I appealed, but not surprised to have it turned down. These people just don’t want to know! What on earth are the management company thinking, after researching and seeing the reviews on TripAdvisor, of many who have had the same experience and suggesting you give it a miss. See sense and put in a Pay and Display System and be fair to your customers, otherwise you will not have any. I for one will never return!
Easy to park. Lovely amount of shops. Relaxing. Only downside when they changed it to you get find if you are parking for more than 3 hours
I love this store! There is always everything that I want and, people at checkout alway smile and staff always willing to help. Well done and keep up doing a great job!
Plenty of parking and plenty of different shops to visit. Costa coffee situated in the centre for a quick coffee after you finished your shopping
Good variety of shops. Only drawback is the company running the carpark. Fining people, in particular disabled drivers who may inadvertently parked in a disabled bay with a wheel on the chequered area. I speak from experience at a cost of £60.

My partner went to do some shopping - went to a number of shops and we’ve just got a parking ticket through for £100 for going over 3 hours. What a joke - it’s easy to spend more than 3 hours when you’re eating out and shopping. I would recommend going to another retail park.
Went to Boots. Not enough staff, waiting to be served. Unfriendly, at pharmacy counter, too many questions asked, when simply needing a product containing paracetamol ingredients.
