What a gorgeous little shop and coffee shop. We were staying in St Fillans and we stumbled upon this store. It is so charming inside, the display of the products is brilliant. We came back later in the day and had some coffee and lemon drizzle cake. It was lovely. The owner was so friendly and despite being busy it didn't take long. A lovely place to stop for a cuppa.
Retro styled Licensed Village grocer & cafe. Lots of pleasant seating options, outside & inside with lounge style sofas & tables. Great coffee ☕ & bacon rolls, a selection of beverages & light snacks to eat in or takeaway. Roadside serving hatch for quick takeaway option.
Everyone raves about the bacon rolls here but as a veggie the egg roll is just as delicious! Was pleased on our last visit yesterday to see some doughnuts and pastries too. Wish the back cafe was as warm as the wee nook though. Liam was busy but got our food out super quick.
Gorgeous wee shop, yes, friendly staff, yes. Tasty mushroom soup, yes. Unfortunately the goats cheese and toasted walnut toastie was made with Supermarket saver style bread, and had no toasted walnuts - they handed me some separate raw walnuts, but only after I pointed out that the toastie was somehow bland and seemed to be lacking something. We were given some shortbread to say sorry about the walnuts, which was kind, but there were no salad or crisps with the meal either, so at 9 pound it was a pretty disappointing lunch.
Simply delicious jacket potato served by very nice staff.
Reasonable choice of necessary items. Fresh coffee. Ice Cream. Great to stop and pick up a few things then just another 100m will take you to the banks of Loch Earn. Small car park available just at the loch edge.
Fantastic place for lunch. The sandwiches are amazing. Highly recommended. Generous portions, reasonable prices and a unique, comfortable place in a beautiful location.
Nice little shop for snacks right at the east side of Loch Earn. If you’re traveling on A85 it’s the perfect stop for a brilliant cup of tea on your drive to Oban. Car park across the street by the loch
