Rude and ill-mannered staff with ZERO customer service skills. It's like talking to a brick wall!
This pharmacy was far more efficient back in the day when it was managed by the previous staff.
Went there with my private prescription collection code unsure if they will dispense it as this pharmacy wasn't showing on SignatureRx website. They did. Got my medication in under 15 minutes. Staff is also always nice and helpful.
I went today with prescription from dentist. Stuff no manners at all they don8usd good morning, thank you, please.... This young guy sent me back to go to change my address with has been changed long time before. I went to the other farmacy and they didn't have any problems and address was also correct. Highly not recommended this pharmacy.
Went the other day to get prescription. The guy took the prescription paper off my hands, told me one medication is not available so I asked for the other 3 out of 4. Almost 25 minutes later, I ask him what is taking so long and he asks me back what am I here for and asks where my prescription paper is. 5-10 minutes later, he comes back saying none of the prescribed medicines available. Wasted more than half an hour standing there with my kids getting bored for nothing.
No professional they don’t do what they say they will do.
Keep prescriptions for a week and wait for you to order the medication and still after constant remind they come out with excuse. This is not my fist time I have the same issues but it will be definitely my last, no intention to use they service in the future
Waiting at the pharmacy now for my prescription watching staff alternate between eating their Wendy’s take away and packing prescriptions. Totally unsanitary..
Update: spoke to the pharmacist Romesh who said that he had no issue with pharmacy staff eating greasy fried food while preparing prescriptions. Will definitely never use this pharmacy again
never ever have prescriptions ready even after weeks. will just send u home. all miserable and incompetent
Answers phone, quickly fill scripts if you’re in a rush and has all the meds that are hard to find elsewhere. Great service
