Had a raging toothache all weekend due gum being swollen. Rang 9.30am Monday after a conversation l was told a prescription for antibiotics would be ready for collection after lpm, which it was.
Try getting a response and such efficient service in less than 4 hrs from your GP.
l know l couldn't get it from mine.

Well went as emergency as I Have no dentist... Excellent service Receptionist was lovely Dentist was Really good explained everything had an X-Ray too sadly had to Extract tooth.. Did not feel a thing...He was Gentle..didn't realise he'd raken my tooth out. . So thank you to everyone.. No room to be a permanent patient, but will keep trying to join ... Was unable to get treatment as we had another dentist that didn't perform to their duty of care. The lady on the phone was very helpful with advice and we appreciated that. Hoping to get on the waiting list here for definite as they are extremely professional ????
I had an emergency appointment at this dentist, because I don't have a dentist. I saw Hamid saeed who is supposed to be a dentist. I wanted my tooth out because of constant pain, and he wanted to refer me to a dental surgeon just to take a tooth out. Talk about utter nonsense, and me being messed about. I just walked out.
I cannot tell you how great this practice is you have to experience it yourself. Glen McClean is the best dental doctor I have ever dealt with. I have a phobia of dentist ever since I was 19 after having a bad experience. The dentist had tried to remove a nerve from my teeth without any anaesthetic. That I didn’t go to get my teeth checked for 10 years. I then had a tooth broke and needed it sorting. As a child I had been taken to spring lane dental practice for yearly checkups so decided to give it a go. Glen was absolutely fantastic with me I told him my fears and if I had any issues I just had to hold my hand up and he would stop. It was that good I took my own children there and they still go for their checkups. This is the best dentist in Bury and Manchester.
I am a very anxious patient. I was given an emergency appoitment at this practice. I was warmly welcomed by the lovely staff at the desk and the dentist was amazing with me. Thank you to you all you made an anxious time for me into a good experience well as god as a dental visit can be.
