I love this place and I always stop in whenever I’m in town. The only thing I wish they would do is pay a bit better attention to hand hygiene. The ladies there are awesome but they regularly handle money at the till and then bare hand food without washing hands or wearing gloves (although this doesn’t stop me from enjoying the food lol).
Great ladies in there always happy and smiling, the food is outstanding.

Get here early in the morning for the best range as it sells out later on. Popular place with tradies getting their sandwiches for lunch.
The hot cross buns are wonderful - like fluffy clouds with lovely spice flavour. Much nicer than from a supermarket and so nice we ate them without toasting. Coffee good too, lattes not too strong, how I like them.
Perfect little place to have a cup of tea or coffee and a cake or sandwich. The staff are friendly and make doorstep sandwiches or your favourite sandwich/roll on request. I came here with two friends for a quick catch up. Prices aren't bad either. Only downside is there is not much seating inside so you can't natter for too long but you can sit outside. Bread and rolls are baked on site and baked fresh daily, can't resist not going in the smell is too inviting!
Never know if they have the basics in stock such as bread which is a common occurrence everytime we order. Would rather resort to telling customers they’re all out instead of ordering more or getting it from the shop next door?
Missed out parts of order & got sandwich filling wrong & really hard to eat crusts when asked for soft white bread…
The fillings however are tasty.
The rolls are very nice I cannot deny that. Other than that this place isnt great if I'm honest. The sweet treats look very appealing but I generally go there for lunch not a gingerbread Man. The things they sell for lunch are limited, horrible and they always seem to be out of stock too. The women that work in here are nice but they aren't the brightest and often make mistakes. The food i got here was very cheap but wasn't nice at all, it was rubbish if I'm honest.
Really lovely staff, always friendly and professional, even if some of the clientele are awkward.
The sweet shortcut pastry used on the tarts isn't too my taste, but the loaves, sandwiches, rolls, hot snacks and buns are always great.
In a world full of Gregg's, Sprays is well worth a visit.
