Disgraceful customer service, unprofessional, no business acumen and operated from a derelict premise - don’t be fooled by the pictures, this place is a dump and a sales experience to match! Booked a test drive via Autotrader on a Friday afternoon which was confirmed by an automated email. Tried on a number of occasions to phone the advertised mobile but was finally messaged “Please text me”. After numerous text messages (would only communicate via text message), arranged to view the advertised vehicle on Sunday and confirmed by James via text message. After travelling 57 miles (114 miles round trip!), arrived Sunday lunchtime as agreed. Nobody was around and the place resembled a zombie apocalypse film set; called the mobile number as advertised several times with no answer, sent a number of text messages which weren’t answered and then waited around for an hour or so. After sending a text explaining that I were not happy and had travelled 57 miles, I got an immediate reply “We never confirmed meeting this morning I’m sorry” despite being confirmed by Autotrader and from his previous text messages on Friday. Called him immediately after receiving the message to which he simply replied “The car has been sold, sorry!” If this was the experience just to arrange a viewing, one can only imagine the nightmare experience for warranty claims. Unbelievable that this outfit is classified as a business!
AVOID!!! Sells cars with a 3 month warranty. But if the car goes wrong in that time he refuses to pay!!! Been chasing him to pay an invoice for 2 months. He’ll say he’s going to pay but never does. He just ignores messages. AVOID!!!

Bought a car from them in July 2022, hyundai i20, had a few issues that he assured me he would fix including a check engine light that turned on within a day of owning, an accelerator that was stiff, brakes had a lot of give on it before working properly. I gave him a chance based on the good reviews i saw here and had faith he would sort me out when I should have just returned it immediately. His mechanic took months to fix the problems and then went AWOL for a month before telling me that actually he couldn't fix the problem with the check engine light, which had i known at the time i would have taken it back. At that point he offered to buy back minus 45p a mile, making it virtually worthless.
The car failed on an immisions test and problems with the brakes that he told me were fixed. Now I've got to scrap it because the part won't be available for 8 months. I'll grant this isn't something he could foresee with the car, but my advise to anyone purchasing from this dealer is to immediate return it should you suspect there is the slightest problem like I should have.
Bought a great little car (fiesta) and genrally very happy stood by the car when a small issue arose, ill buy the next car from them :D
