Ordered chicken tikka balti roshan, I received what looked like boiled up veg with a hint of chilli and sliced raw garlic, it was absolutely disgusting the worse curry I've ever had, I've been a customer of there's for many years, but not anymore,
I can't afford to throw food in the bin
As others have said, this place has gone downhill sharply over the last few months. Food is watery, bland and bulked out with what appears to be blended vegetables instead of Keema to thicken the sauce (Shahee). Been going here for 10 years at least, not any more.
If new owners can't be bothered then neither can we.
This is a small town, not the curry mile, lose customers here and you won't get new ones!
Since the new owners have took over the place the food is so much better. Better quality better taste. I would recommend going again to anybody. It really is worth the money and it is slightly cheaper which is a winner. If there is something not right with there food they are happy to help and do it efficiently and get it rectify quickly really nice people to.
Last couple of orders we've had from here were missing items & food isn't as tasty as it used to be- and arrived lukewarm/cold so had to reheat. Shame as it was always our go to takeaway but sadly won't be back as they are definately not checking quality or content of orders before delivery.
We always use this place as the food was very good but sadly since it has changed hands and chief the food is awful the curry is very watery and the meat is so tough we couldn't eat it so won't be going back
This is our go to take out curry house, the food is good and the prices are decent but lately they’ve been sloppy, we ordered last week and they forgot the rice and the drinks so we had to wait while he went back and got them but they did add an extra can for us, we ordered tonight and the popadoms where completely crushed so kinda gutted about that, other than that this is a good place to order

Took 2 hours 30 minutes to arrive, had to ring twice to see where it was..... food finally arrived we did get an apology..but they had missed items from our order...Food was cold....but it was very nice. Maybe could have thrown in some freebies as an apology? Probably best not to order on a Saturday night.
