Wow what can i say, this is the first time i decided to try and have an Indian takeaway from this company. I ordered online at 8pm for a ASAP delivery service instead of choosing a time.
After waiting an hour i called up at 9pm, guy on phone said its out for delivery, near 40 minutes later, food delivery arrives,
20 minutes before they close at 10pm
Food is below average but warm on arrival, didn't taste at all what it meant to taste.
But very poor service so be prepared
Absolutely smashing food, speedy delivery from a lovely smiley man. Good value and excellent quality food. My partner had the Ghurka’s Revenge - pretty spicy! I had a mixture of different starters and sides. All cooked to perfection. Highly recommended.
Indian takeaways are always plentiful and often rich in taste, but I can honestly say the quality of Spice Kitchen's takeaways is excellent. It's right up there with some of the best Indian takeaways I've had. Not super-oily like some, and it really feels carefully home-cooked. And, strangely, you didn't even pay a noticeable premium on price. Highly recommended.
Raj and the team make delicious, top restaurant quality food. As a vegan, the choice is fantastic, especially the options to have Masala and Korma dishes that are normally not offered from other takeaway restaurants.
Absolutely delicious 10/10. The vegan tikka masala is exceptional, the onion bhaji’s are divine, the rice is perfection. Considering moving to be within the delivery radius because we got it by accident when we aren’t actually in the radius AND IT WAS STILL HOT WHEN IT CAME! Best Takeaway Ever! Highly recommend
Short story: Excellent takeaway. Excellent service. Amazing food and friendly driver. Definitely best curry house in the area that actually delivers to our address.
Long story: We used to order from another curry house that we really enjoyed, but we are rather out of the way. After the initial fuel shortage this year, they stopped delivering our way all together which was such a shame. Spice kitchen popped up on my facebook, and although we have often had many disappointing curries from recommendations from fb, we were brave and tried our luck. I'm so glad I bit the bullet. 10/10 never ordering from anywhere else again!
Our first time ordering & it will not be the last, ordered online & payed with Paypal & it was so easy to do. My wife & i enjoyed the best Curry we have had for many years. It was absolutely delicious, very generous portions & at a very reasonable price. Delivery was at the time we specified & by a very friendly delivery driver. I highly recommend that any Curry lover gives them a try. Thank you Spice Kitchen.
Despite the fact that the food was delivered late it was as usual exquisite! The delivery driver was very apologetic and made the experience extremely enjoyable! Food 10/10, delivery 8/10, customer service 11/10 I will use again!!
