Finding something to eat late at night in Gants Hill is practically impossible especially after 10pm. So happy I found this place open as working late and getting food on way home is very challenging in this area. The service was prompt, food was freshly made and tasty.
Place is clean with clean tables and chairs and the staff is very friendly and helpful not to mention that they have a very diverse menu to choose from starting at £4. Don't get fooled by the look of the fried chicken...it tasted delicious.
I highly recommend this place for that midnight food escapades.
Ordered 1 piece 3 wings chips meal.
The chicken piece was either training in the gym with Dwayne Johnson or it is dinosaur meat. The piece was abnormally large and very purple on the inside. No flavour, no tenderness.
Secondly the wings were also purple inside, batter tasted like it was made yesterday with pakora batter. No flavour at all and the meat was poor quality. Chips were crispy and decent but overall don’t come here. Famz peri peri is better and 5 mins away.
I ordered 5 chicken wings with chips on Saturday for my mum and she got severe food poisoning after eating it. Diarrhoea and everything for two days. I am guessing the food was either uncooked, unclean and contaminated. The chips also tasted old and bland the oil tasted old. The chilli sauce tasted disgusting aswell. Really disappointed and i do not recommend going here.
Doesnt deserve any stars. The worst place chicken shop ive ever been to. Bossman has attitude and doesnt like black people in his shop. Dunno what I'm payig for. Chicken burgers are anaemic, 90% breading. The fries are greasy and the oil tastes old and unchanged. Nothing good to say about this place.
Ordered takeaway for iftar, they are extremely stingy with their food. Requested salad and they only gave me 1 when i had 4 meals which all included salad. Containers of food were half empty. Very poor quality food, save your money and go elsewhere
A friend lives near by so i thought pop in for a quick spice hut as i have never visited this branch since they have opened. I found the food to be fresh i would say its spice hut standard but what let me down was the service! I must say their wings were far better than other spice hut places. They need to stop being stingy with their tissue!! Place was clean as expected... i would visit again despite their poor service
DO NOT EAT FROM HERE!! Unfortunately I realised too late i am absolutely disgusted a fly was mixed in with my donar!!! (See photo) this place is disgusting and unhygienic i will be reporting this to health and safety standards i am now worried about food poisoning!! The guy who works there asked me to take a photo before eating how ridiculous!!! Eventhough he can clearly see fly in with the donar he was insisting that i should have taken photo and was being rude! Giving a refund still does not justify making me and my 4 year old ill with food poisoning!!!! I will never return here or visit any other spice hut never encountered something like this before!!!
Burger is very bad chicken no cook and bun was very dry
