We always go here for the Naga wings and Naga shatkhora doner when we're in the area (as we're from NW London)
Ordered myself a mixed donner and specifically asked for very low amount of spice, instead I got an extremely hot and spicy plate! Asked for them to change it to one I requested for but guy was showing attitude. Anyways, I then asked for a drink for my 2year old daughter, drink package states £0.69 but they charging customers £1. I know it’s not much of a difference but the principles I am referring to. Should they not be charging the amount written on the package??? Anyways, this spice hut seems run downed and poorly staffed with bad attitude. Best to go the neighbouring food shops.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This restaurant is not fit for purpose. Ordered a spicy lamb donner burger, chips and wings. Inside my Donner burger there was what looks to be a CHICKEN FETUS with FUR but not in this case ????. This is my first visit since 2016 in this restaurant, and I now realised why I stopped going. Use other neighbouring restaurants. I’m sure it’s against trading standards to be selling lamb but giving customers chicken (unwanted part of it).
I love all the foods from spice hut specifically lamb doner. The foods were really delicious and spicy how I like. Staffs were helpful and friendly. The washroom was really clean. The foods were fresh and delicious. They don’t take a lot of time for preparing the food which is again a plus point. I highly recommend them.
Food and service was good. I ordered lamb doner with nan hot spice. I had so many time spice hut's lamb doner hot spice but this time mile end beach's hot was extreme hot. I don’t know is it thire normal hot or mistakenly they gave this much naga. There was more naga than picture. If anyone buy first time than ask first. Although gave 4 start them, don't want down thire rattings. I was so hungry that's why however I ate this but got stomach problem.
Can’t fault the chilli sauce! One of the best out the few on the road!

Ordered a fish burger and a large chips for £5.50. Tastes really banging. Best fast food franchise in all of East London period! But if you are a Spice Hut fan, this branch is the best!
Rubbish, absolutely rubbish. The old manager jamal is rubbish. I personally loved going there for a past few weeks.
Today I went and had the most worst experience ever.
The old man in the front wallahi is a scum. Looked at me so wrong way so many times that I went and asked what’s his problem & had the worst possible comment ever. He doesn’t even know how to speak English. Wallahi please ignore this place. Rude and rubbish characteristics people.
