Book my car in 8.30am. Didn't do the work I got an estimate for. Communication with each other not good,the customer suffers. Made it known to the owner, then they behavior turned nasty,he was going to get my car off the bay then told me do myself, then one of the staff blocked me from moving forward,so I just waited , nasty staff They just pick and choose they customers nice car big smiles on their face. You can't do nothing.Speak to you with out a care in the world because they doing you a favour.I am paying for their services. They weren't doing it for free.
I noticed the MOT tester rushing to carry out the MOT as he had a number of other cars on the go and some walk in clients, what should have been a ‘proper’ thorough inspection was rushed within 10 mins of that, I noticed the side tyres were cracked however I thought a reputable garage would have put an advisory, I then thought a few weeks later it’s best to change and not risk with winter coming up and the car is family vehicle with young kids, when National tyres Came out to to change they had cracks all the way down in between threads …. Absolutely disgusting, shame on you and we could have had a blown out with the kids in the car !!!!
Thanks to theirs advice and help I drove back home safely and without problems. Very helpful and professional service.
