Thanks to Simon for a great job on my Mercedes fitting a Thinkware forward and rear dash cam, radar sensor and back-up battery. He was rude on the phone when I tried to change my appointment but wouldn't let me explain why I needed to change. He rushed me off the phone and booked me in without telling me a time for the next appointment. I rang in on the day and he was rude again! No work done and now having to wait even longer.
