This place will Rob you without a problem. Absolute terrible garage. The owner was a nice guy but the other main worker an awfull person. Stay away unless you want bad work and it to be expensive

Im a used car dealer from County Durham and I sold a car to a lovely lady from Scotland. Her car developed a minor problem soon after purchase and getting it home and Murray was brilliant in sorting things out on our behalf. Would recommend.
Today (and not for the first time) Spanners and Sparks in the Westwood helped me out big time with my drivers door that wouldn't shut...and never charged me. Big shout out thank you to Murray and his team. I would highly recommend.
They were fine for changing my break pads. When collecting they told me I needed a new tyre pressure valve for one tyre. Saying it’s a complicated job and would cost £120. However got another garage to fix it and it cost £5. They are absolute scammers! definitely avoid!
They use aftermarket parts, but charge OEM (dealer) prices.
Rip off merchants.
Very unprofessional.
Many of my colleagues agree and have a story to tell somewhere of bad service here.
