Another little park in between 2 roads in Islington. A bit of nature in the urban jungle. Very quiet.
Small park opposite to Saddler Wells Theatre. The park got the name from a popular spa. The spring flowed until the 1860s. There is a war memorial at the east end of the gardens erected in 1921 and designed by Thomas Rudge with a bronze angel on a granite pedestal
Small park located near Saddler's Wells Theatre. A nice place to spend time sitting on the benches.
Nice little quiet park with wheelchair accessible slopes all along. Lots of big trees and squirrels.
A park in Islington that I presume is associated with either Hugh Middleton or the original Thames Water's Hq and associated buildings. The name familiar to the locals is "Memorial Park" owing to the monument in honour of the sacrifice our soldiers brave actions and courage.
Terrible!!!! They lock you in without letting you know the park is closed. Then when you ring the angel emergency number they tell you someone will come in 10 mins. I was locked in there with 2 dogs (one being a German shepherd) for over an hour!!!! With the help of few passerbys we manged to lift my dogs over the gate to freedom. God knows how long I would of been stuck in there without their help!!
Beautiful small park, there's many benches you can sit on and relax.
Cute little garden. Love the angel statue, it's actually a war memorial. Good place to walk the dog, have a quick bite or simply relax for a bit and unwind!
