Cannot fault my experience with this garage. I dealt with Shaun, who gave great service over the phone and generously waited for me out of working hours to fit me in at a time I could get to him. I was able to wait while the work was completed, care was taken around my car and the work itself great! I was expecting the work to cost me an amount quoted on the phone and turned out to be half the cost on completion. I have complete faith and trust in this garage and couldn't recommend any higher.
Sorted a dent and a deep double stone chip. Very happy with all aspects of the work carried out, and the friendly atmosphere from Shaun and his team. For the work done and the finish achieved, the price was a bargain. Very highly recommended!
Phoned up to get a quote for a clutch, for a MINI - reckons it was an engine out job - and promptly advised he would not touch it as it was too much work and could not be bothered with such a job even though the website advertises this work is undertaken. I know for a fact it is a simple enough job if you have the ramp and tools - which i have not - and it certainly is not an engine out job. I would certainly not take my car here judging by his attitude. Never phoned a garage before to be advised they cannot be bothered?? bizarre call, will go elsewhere, no problem for me.
Have used this company’s services a few times and have been very pleased with the standard of their work.
They are always friendly and helpful and go that extra mile to do the very best job they can.

Was honest enough to admit that the damage I wanted repaired on a large VW Crafter based Camper Van was beyond their capabilities (some would take the work on but sub contract it out ). Hovever they gave me a great recommendation which has worked out. Won't hesitate to come back to the Sowton Dent Company if I have any future reqairs that they can carry out.
Had a nasty bump on my T5...the lads did an amazing job on it, they didn't rush it and took pride in what they did. They were happy to help me with a few little bits around the van and put me in touch with a local T5 guru to help with a mechanical issue. Great people and a great job. Thanks from Jim G
