I was in the local area, it was late and I decided to get a late night Turkish meal. I ordered a lamb shish. The meat was very tough. There was a lot of fat on the meat itself and had a lot of parts which couldn’t be eaten. To be honest, it’s one of the worst lamb shish’s I’ve had in a while. Whilst the customer service was very good, I feel that the food is well below average. I don’t recommend anyone to this food place unless you’re absolutely desperate!
Worst Donna meat I ever had the chips was over cooked looks like they reheated them wasn’t fresh and also when I asked them to swap the chips for rice they wouldn’t do it and when I called the shop to ask why they didn’t do it.there poor excuse was it’s there policy ???? a independent little kebab shop on the corner of a station not like it’s a franchise ???? then he said to me on the phone I didn’t pay for it ???? he said put a drink extra so I pay extra 1.50 for them to change the chips to rice wow. ???????? poor excuse for customer service I will not be ordering from this place ever again.
Worst place to have a kebab. They will rip you off. I paid £8 for chicken doner but when I reached home, all I could find was fries inside the box. See the pics. No bread, no dips/sauce. I have never seen such a poor doner in my life. The value for money is zero. I will definitely avoid this place.
So upset with this place. We Received extremely cold food and the naan was rock hard we couldn’t even bite in to it. They also got all our food order wrong. I asked for no cheese as my son is allergic and they put cheese in his burger. I said sauce on all the large donner kebabs and there was no sauce. Then naan was also stale and rock hard… couldn’t even break it. The chips were stone cold. So much wrong with the orders. Called them politely to let them know. The first person I spoke to went and spoke to the kitchen staff and acknowledged it was their mistake but then said I had to speak to the manager. The manager was extremely rude and wouldn’t rectify the mistake and instead lied about us being late when we timed it to perfection and we were there when they told us to be there which was 10 mins after the order only. He also tried to cover up their mistake by saying I’m the one in the wrong for complaining about receiving cold non edible food. I told him we ordered a few days before and I was honest telling him it was good but today it was not edible and unacceptable and he still refused to acknowledge and instead was extremely rude back. I had called my whole family for this food and they all couldn’t even eat it as that is how bad it was. Tastes cold, stale and old. So disappointed and appalled.
Worst value ever Uber eats in. This is what £13 lamb shish looks like tiny portion and burnt. Will never be ordering from here again. AVOİD
I must say that I was always so happy with your food but this time it was disaster!!! No garlic sauce, no hot sauce! The worst thing was salad!!! The size was embarrassing it would be better not to give a salad at all.
