Dropped my van off 1 month ago. Called every week for an update and was told the same thing "its next in line" today, 1 month later I will be collecting my van that STILL hasn't been looked at. What are these people doing?

I deliver to the guys quite regularly. Always been friendly and polite with me. Can't complain.

New alternator for our motorhome. Struggled to find someone to do the repair however they were more than accommodating and charged a fair price

i booked my van in for a rear wheel bearing doing and was told to drop it off on Thursday morning (11/03/21) we had diagnosed it was the bearing the previous day by the usual means of jacking it up and spinning the wheel (not difficult) when we dropped the van off we advised that it was a work van and it was needed back asap and if we could have it back later on that day that would be great. we contacted the office as we had not heard anything at 3pm and were told "today has been a nightmare" its due on the ramp at 4pm but not to worry we are open until 6pm. we heard nothing and were unable to get through so we had to leave it until the next day. we tried to contact the garage again on Friday morning but again nothing so we went down to see what was happening, we were told its on the ramp next we will call you with a diagnosis within the hour? (they already have the diagnosis) anyway long story short never got a call "lads on dinner" etc etc. At 3pm Friday (already missed a days work)we got a call.. your van needs 2 wheel bearings ,welding, discs, differential wear and propshaft wear, both rear leafsprings snapped, seals gone etc but come and get your van its fine we will call you on Monday with a price....what an absolute joke of a company if you want honesty and reliable customer service then don't bother going here. if the van needed all of that work surely they would have to by law issue a notice advising the van isn't driven or at least advise not to drive it from a" duty of care "point of view. i have booked my van in to Vosa at Adwick le Street on Thursday next week to get a diagnosis from them if the repairs aren't the same as quoted i will be contacting trading standards. this whole episode has cost me 5 days work "disgusted"

Squeezed one of our vans in at super short notice for an MOT Test. Brilliant service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
