This Pharmacy in South Street Dorking is excellent and I highly recommend it. Efficient, friendly service and staff go out of their way to help. Very close to GPs Surgery which is handy.

I cannot express how refreshing it is to have a pharmacy that really do care about their customers and our wellbeing. All the staff are so nice and the bossman John is exceptional. His service and overall countenance has been really empowering/encouraging during the hardest time in my life so far. It's astounding how friendly and kind treatment can change your entire day. I would travel 20 miles to keep them as my pharmacy if I have to in future. Looking for one? Look no further! These guys are the best.
Staff are well trained and polite. Chemists are able to get meds that need ordering quickly.

Nice staff, quick home delivery. However gave me the wrong medication brand twice, having discussed this at length they said they were ordering me the correct one. I reordered and then today I've opened it to find it the wrong one. It's the weekend and I can't get hold of them. I'm angry because I wanted them to make sure they wrote down which brand I was expecting and had ordered so this didn't happen. I don't like taking this brand and because I can't call them because it's Saturday, this anger has no where to go but get more intense without being able to talk this out to them. The medication is mood stabilizer for this exact problem. I have spent several minutes trying to find an email for the pharmacy in order to feel less intensely angry, but can't find an email.
