Unprofessional, complete rip off. Sent away with an unsafe car. Place never answer the phone. Charged twice for the same job. Avoid at all costs.
There are 2 fat birds trying to mess with the reviews for this garage . They write awful untrue statements, as they don’t have anything in their life to write about .

These guys have been brilliant for me. My car was misdiagnosed by two other garages before bringing it here. Since I have had my car here, they have gone above and beyond to the car fixed. They have done everything they can to help in any which way possible and my car is now sorted. It was meant to be in for one day but the repair became tricky and so had to be in for two but this is to be expected when parts are needed or repairs don't go to plan. They work so hard to get everyone sorted. They have fixed my car twice previously and the repairs have been done efficiently and in good time... I will only use south cave for my car repairs, as they are trust worthy and know what they are doing... couldn't have asked for any more from them :)
Highly recomend this garage. Found them very friendly, professional and very competitively priced. Will certainly be using this garage again. Will certainly bring our Isuzu here again.

Fixed my washer pump and carried out my MOT. I had the car back within a few hours. Being a new driver they explained everything well and have gained a loyal customer. Thank you!
Seriously BAD experience here. Car service done, but failed MOT 3 weeks later because of worn out brake discs and pads. When questioned the response was “Oh yes, that should have been spotted.” Frightening!!! Work not supervised could have had fatal consequences. Not worth 1 star, but couldn't post without 1
Great place could not recommend them enough. Professional and knowledgeable people that actually know about cars, and not just how to plug a laptop in. Forget the main dealers this is the place to go if you want value for money
