I have had the best experience in the Solent pharmacy compared to any other pharmacy in this area. My prescription was out of stock. As soon as it came in stock, they contacted me and let me know it was here and I could collect it. Every time I have been in, they have greeted us very warmly and genuinely have tried to help.
I strongly recommend their service and patient centred ethos.
What a transformation since the days of Lloyds. Gone from the most awful pharmacy to one of the very best. Really helpful, friendly and efficient staff and unlike Lloyds they answer phone calls and go out of their way to assist. A really great local facility. Never heard a bad word about them! Highly recommended!!!

I cannot rate this pharmacy enough. They have gone out of their way to resolve issues when some of my meds were having supply chain problems....as in, they contacted my GP rather than telling me to contact them. Their stock of brand names and in-house names is excellent (to meet all budgets.) They are friendly, really knowledgeable and remember who I am. So lovely to have this independent pharmacy in the community.
I've switched from another local Pharmacy and was delighted that my meds were correctly bagged up and ready to collect, 7 days after I requested a repeat prescription. That's how it should be, nice & easy. Well done. I've not tried walking in with a script yet, I'll update here when I have tried that.
