Did I enjoy it? Not really.
First time going to this oatcake shop and ordered on Uber, sausages were nice and looked well presented, but the bacon and cheese were terrible
The bacon is torn up into a mincemeat and mixed with some of the most disgusting cheese I’ve ever eaten.
With so many oatcake shops about, this will be one I will be avoiding in the future
Called in yesterday it's the first time I've been asked what sort of cheese I would like the food was cooked just right and hot and very well wrapped to keep them warm as I travel home the service was fantastic will be using again very soon
I have been going to this oatcake shop since I can remember it is the best one in the city. Choice of what cheese you want, endless topping. Amazing friendly staff and awesome atmosphere, and to top it off served hit and fast everytime 10/10 recommend I'd you haven't been
Visited yesterday saw a number of things which weren’t great
Member of staff eating then went straight to prepare an order, touched part cooked sausages then Tupperware and then picked something up on the counter no handwashing
after eating i have been sick ever since.
Also you get a. Choice of cheese and this wasn’t correct

I ordered food and received 2 items instead of 9 items, it looks disgusting and the attitude I had of the girl when I rang and told them I had missing items is disgusting. No customer service skills what so ever this was my first time ordering and it will surely be my last
We used to come here all the time best oatcakes around. However since chris and gaynor retired its really done down hill, orders end up being wrong not the same happy service. Opens at 7am, turn up at 7am to open up!!
Sadly we wont be returning after using them for years
