So I've had a lot of BBQ/Smoke style BBQ, and I can honestly say Smoked have made a great effort. We both had burgers on this visit, slightly messy ???? but very nice. The staff are great and the music, very nostalgic to the 80s ????, loved it. Will we return, yep when we pop back to Broadstairs.
We left the gym and overheard someone mention about “smoked” in Broadstairs and thought lets go and try it. Had a great breakfast, had to try the American ???????? breakfast and Gemma had the English ???????????????????????????? Breakfast. A great experience and a definitely a guest recommendation that we will add to our website.
LOVE LOVE LOVE - My partner and I visited out of town and we stopped here for dinner.
The waitress was very helpful, attentive and friendly.
When the food was ready, the chef brought out the TRAYS himself.
Huuuuge portions for great prices.
Also - you can bring your own alcohol (for now) which is even better!
I got the full rack of ribs with chips, and my partner got the "Load em ups" jerk chicken on nachos
Little hint - if you like spicy food, try and speak to the staff about a hot sauce. The chef discussed it is one of the hottest and offered a sample.
My partner later described this scotch bonnet puree as the hottest sauce he has ever tried.

This place was amazing , the food here is incredible and there was much more on the menu I wanted to try too, I had the brisket which if memory serves me right is smoked for 6 hours and then slow cooked for 24 and finished with a stock made out of the bones.
The staff were really friendly and happy to tell me about the dishes and you could tell they had a real passion for it, only slight downside was had to wait a little bit to pay as they were all sorting out a delivery I think but apart from that couldn't fault the place
My wife and I have eaten at this restaurant about 10 times since it’s been opened. Every time we go, we leave with full belly’s feeling very happy! Dan the head chef is a lovely guy and an even better cook! The chefs that work alongside him are all fantastic and the waitress staff are all friendly and efficient! There’s wheelchair access for anyone with disability needs, the Toilet is always spotless and smells clean, hygiene across the whole restaurant is always spot on!
They host a range of small music events for a varied music taste and serve all the firm favourite drinks you could ask for!
Couldn’t recommend this place enough, whether you’re visiting Broadstairs for the day or live in the area, Smoked should be top of your list for somewhere to go!
Great food, especially the blooming onion and the mash! Very tasty cocktails as well. Friendly staff.
I love the food here. I eat here all the time in the restaurant and do collection and well happy they now are on just eat. The breakfast is banging and the smoked menu is just as good quality. Fresh food which is much better than the others in the area in my opinion. Much bigger portions too and they do kids eat for free so can’t go wrong. All the Staff are all very professional too.
First time visiting Smoked, but definitely NOT the last! Food was absolutely delicious and so much to choose from, staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, decor was fab, atmosphere was great too.
