Unbedingte Empfehlung ! Junges, professionelles und sehr nettes Team. Alle Speisen die wir probierten waren ausgezeichnet, besondere Empfehlung für das Brisket.
Das Essen war echt der Hammer. Ich hatte ein Rip und Brisket. Beides war gut gesmoked und super saftig. Die Käse-Pommes waren ein Traum und auch die Barbecuesosse war soooo lecker!!! Das Ambiente hat uns super gut gefallen und das Personal war super nett. Ich würde es einen Geheimtip in Genf nennen!

This is a very disappointing experience! The food was so bad. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich which should be a very straightforward meal. The sandwich came so cold, the chicken was burnt to black, the bun was dry and obviously old. The chicken had no taste, definitely was not marinated in anything… and when I told the waitress about my experience she said that the chicken sandwich is not their speciality and I should have ordered Brisket! It is crazy overpriced and you don’t even get properly cooked food for it ! Just don’t go…. I would never recommend.
The service team are fantastic...the lady serving us had many talents, waitress, bartender and of course gourmet. The food portions are generous and extremely flavourful.

Les Burgers sont très bons et le staff très pro et aimable. Seul bémol... une attente vraiment longue. Mais ça en vaut le détour.
Une très bonne surprise.
Un large choix d'entrées et de plats à partager suivi de délicieux burgers (viande Suisse).
Je vous recommande de déguster le burger "PBC" vraiment excellent ! En fait ils sont tous délicieux !

Love this place, stumbled up on whilst walking through the old town.

There is a wall with chilli sauces which you can choose to accompany your spicy wings.
