I had booked for an MOT and small service. I had rung the day before to confirm the time, but it went to answerphone and they didn't return my call. When I arrived, I was told that they couldn't do the service due to sickness. Not their fault but absolutely no apology. My car failed the MOT but they said they didn't have time to sort out the issues! I took a day off and spent the cost of the MOT, for absolutely nothing. Really unimpressed with the service - or lack of! I will not be going back!
DO NOT GO TO THIS GARAGE!!! It has cost my poor parents £500 to fix a problem the garage caused on their vehicle. They replaced a cable in the door and fitted it incorrectly. The garage has taken no ownership of their mistake and their response was ‘well I didn’t have a manual book’!!! Seriously?! If you can’t do the job asked then just say you can’t and don’t do it. Now my parents have had to pay £500!!! We have proof from main dealer BMW and they still will not take ownership! Disgusting customer service and complete attitude towards my 73 year old dad and the situation!! Will never return and seriously urge people to not use them!!
One should take note that this is the very last petrol filling station in the area where an attendant comes and fills the car for you!
Its a great service that is afforded here and in many ways a blast from the past when customer service was a priority.
This service must be very popular, especially with the more senior members of the fair sex in Bexhill and the surrounding area.
This garage two years in a row gave me supposedly new tyres which where in fact used. The first year they did it, they tried to fob me off; when the MOT the following year said I needed all new tyres again, I pushed them on why this was after only 7000 miles, they said they couldn't explain it. They then decided to do it again, this time after just 4 months my tyres where well below the legal limit, I only noticed as someone's pointed it out to me. I have never seen tyres that bad before, and after only 3000 miles. This company should not be trading. I learnt my lesson this time and got them replaced somewhere else, for less money and the same quality tyre, just this time they are new tyres and not used! My advice to anyone would be to AVOID them, very dishonest.
Avoid at all costs. Old bloke thinks he own the world.

Left my car running in 34C degrees for ages and blew the engine of my classic bmw z3.
Left it running unattended on the ramp for long time, came back and started revving by hand in which case the tester was not be able to see the temperature gauge.

An examiner will be liable for the following types of damage in certain circumstances.
The types of damage are:
(a) loss or damage to a vehicle that has been submitted for testing,
(b) loss or damage to the equipment or accessories of a vehicle mentioned in (a),
(c) loss or damage to any other property,
(d) personal injury (whether fatal or not).

Called up for a quote to bleed my brake lines after i have changed a leaking wheel cylinder.
This is a 10 minuite job,
The bloke on the phone says has to book an hour at £51+vat. And this dosnt even include the brake fluid that they will use.
I can buy a brake bleeder and brake fluid for less than this quote.
My opinion stay away from these greedy garages. Rip me off.
Any ways i resolved the problem and done it all myself for a reasonable price of £33 that includes a wheel cylinder, brake fluid and a bleeder bottle. Only basic tools required really. Saved my self a small fortune.
My cars MOT got booked in at my convenience and the work that needed doing was done within 24 hours.
The staff there was friendly and knowledgeable.
