O I absolutely love the peri peri burger from this place, it tastes amazing very well made soft and nice it has seating for a family and friends it has parking and the service is brilliant.
Took over 2 hours to be delivered.
Was quoted 45 minutes for delivery. Waited an hour before calling the store. Was told it will be leaving the store in 2 minutes. Waited another half an hour before ringing back. Was told the same thing again. When questioned it turns out they hadn't even started my order. I completely understand it was busy, what I don't appreciate is being palmed off and lied to.
Food eventually turned up after 2 hours and 20 minutes and was freezing. Food has potential to be good but was cold so hard to comment.
Took 3 hours to be delivered, rang up got told it was running late fair enough, they said they would add something free in the bag brilliant!
Finally arrived freezing cold burgers and fries absolutely shocking. Don’t even bothered ordering.
Top it off didn’t even get the free item ????

I accidentally ordered the wrong burger on ubereats thinking the smashed burger was a chicken burger. When I received the order, I complained that I received beef burgers instead of chicken. The person I spoke to over the phone was very nice and heard my complaint and sent me new burgers. They charged me ofcourse because it was my fault I ordered the wrong burgers. But they threw in an extra free burger as a gesture of good will and dealt with me in a polite manner. Thank you, I highly appreciate it :)

- Took well over an hour for delivery
- Delivery driver was useless and said he was at my address when he was on a completely different street
- He kept going in circles back and forth on the same streets rang me 3 times and said he might cancel the order because he just can’t find the street? Baring in mind my address is easy to find and is just off a main road
- Food was stone cold when it arrived due to this
Would Not recommend.
£33 for this - 3 tiny and average tasting burgers and a few fries delivered half an hour late, been mugged
Simply delicious. Fresh and juicy lamb chops and succulent burgers. No need to travel to Manchester anymore as best is in Bury. Keep up the great work.
