Never had a problem with this pharmacy.
The staff know what they're doing.
Can park outside and there's space inside to wait.
The other main chemist constantly is out of the drugs for my prescriptions.
Plus they never seem to get the prescription sent through when they say it will be.
A very busy chemist and everyone working there are very good to me. They always give good advice when I ask, they always help with my prescriptions and the staff are great.
phoned smart pharmacy 1st thing on a Monday morning to tell them i am almost out of a drug i have to have, she said no problem after checking on her computer and said we will get them ready for you straight away, you will get a text message when your prescription is ready to collect. Its now Friday, still no text message. I thought the idea of the text messaging was you dont have to keep phoning in when you start running low on your medicine, the pharmacy automatically lets you know in advance. This has happened a few times after i phoned again to say i ordered medication 3, 4, 5 days before and they say oh yes, they are waiting for you to collect, i say to them, whats happened to the text message service ? UPDATE >>>> Smart pharmacy were very quick to respond to my review/complaint. They were very polite and sorted the problem straight away. Thank You.
Excellent service from very supportive staff ... in my experience nothing is to much trouble and speaking to the pharmacist has saved my time and that of the Doctor in sorting some issues
This pharmacy is the best on the planet. The staff are helpful knowledgeable and kind. I am totally impressed. The delivery people are excellent. What can I say??? All round EXCELLENT

I have to give 5 stars. Not only were the staff friendly, but I only had to wait a few minutes for my son's prescription. In that time, he managed to snap the suggestions box off the wall. The staff were so patient with him, letting him help unscrew the remaining damaged parts and distracted him while waiting - he has additional needs, so struggles to wait. Much more efficient than other pharmacies I have used recently.
Both my husband and myself have multiple medications prescribed each month . We are regularly missing doses due to late prescriptions. My husband has waited almost 4 weeks for an owing on paracetamol and the next month’s prescription is now owing. We need to chase some of our prescriptions nearly every time. I do not recommend this pharmacy.
