I have been coming to Slough pharmacy (formerly known as Lloyd's pharmacy) for a very long time. I get my repeat prescriptions from here every 3 months and every single time they are always on time notifying me that my medication is ready. The staff is always very friendly and very easy to talk to. Very quick and efficient service. Well done to you all for the amazing service and job you provide to the Slough community.
Complete waste of time almost around 45mins, I have been told medicine not showing on system and asked to contact GP. Upon further request, checked with collegue and same thing again, then my request passed on to 3rd colleague and later medicine found. I have been told they have 2 different systems going on and tat causes the confusion. Best is to check all your system first, before telling customer to contact GP.

Worst worst pharmacy ever. I had a long wait to collect my prescription after receiving the msg that its ready to collect. The girl was trying to find, meanwhile when I asked please give me only 1 as I am in rush and had a long wait. THE OWNER of the pharmacy started saying to her staff whilst me listening that ' They can wait long in An E but waiting here is waiting ages for them' that was truly shocking. And he told me complain where ever as I am the owner of the pharmacy.
Amazing staff. Super helpful. Saved the day literally. Could not ask for better service. I travelled a bit and it was worth it. I wish my local pharmacy has this level of service.

Appalled by basic service.
Prescriptions are never ready on time and always end up making multiple trips.
Also found staff lying about submitting requests to drs for prescriptions aswell as lying about any communication.
Wouldn’t waste my time with them.
