My wife and I bought a Citeron C3 from John Vieira at Slip End Garage. It was the first time we had used this dealership and we were very impressed with the service and experience received.
John was very courteous, listened to our requirements and gave us excellent advice without being ‘pushy’.

To be honest I love my car but I was never showed how to use the features on it, so I know I’m missing out a lot, I was told to download the app and just basically get on with it.
I don’t find them friendly only when you go in to purchase the car.
There’s a very standoffish attitude from them, so won’t be going there if I want a Citroen in the future
I had issues major issues with my citroen berlingo van and had been to their garages several times over a 5 year period. First 3 years was done all under warranty. I had all my servicing done by them too.. In the 4th year my warranty had finished but alot of things were changed under goodwill by the garage. In the 5th year unfortunately after engine diagnosis. A new engine, dpf adblue tank was needed at 32000 miles which shouldn't of failed at so little mileage, the garage offered me a 50% discount straight away as a good will which was greatly appreciated, but citroen head office wouldn't contribute any more. An excellent garage with Barry Steve and Lara at your service but very disappointed with the actual Manufacturer Citroen. A great thanks to the team at the garage.
The Slip End garage/repairs offer brilliant customer service, especially Steve. They fixed my car on time and even gave it a clean before handing it back. In a world of continuing poor customer service from so many companies, I’m really happy to recommend them, and they don’t just service/fix Citroens - they do all cars.
Great dealership. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff but no high pressure sales tactic. The garage is actually bigger than you'd think standing outside with more cars than you'd think inside. The staff member (John) was especially helpful with queries over the new Citroen c5x and Ami knowing all the ins and outs of these models. Both of which are on display. These are amazing vehicles and I look forward to returning to the garage soon .
Worst dealership ive come across, booked my car in as it had an oil leak, waited two and half weeks went down on the morning it was booked in to be told i have no booking and i have to wait another two weeks, the man who sits at the front desk needs to learn some customer service skills! Me coming in for a previous issue has nothing to do with my new booking, your attitude towards me tells me you are a racist and therefore cancelled my appointment.
Great service at this place. The staff have been there for a long time and are very professional and friendly. You have the piece of mind that they are doing a good job on your car. The guys at the show room round the corner are also very helpful and friendly.
I've had 3 Brand New cars from here all Citroën, started off in 2002 with an 02 Pentland Green Xsara Picasso 1.6 SX, A 2008/57 C4 1.6 SX in BLack Metallic, and finally a 2011/60 C3 1.6 HDi VTR+ (Turbo Diesel) In the same Black Metallic. All 3 cars were my late Mums Motability cars, they offered great service and we kept going back because personally to us Citroëns offer great value and quality for money not to mention the great staff available that are more than happy to help in anyway they can, I've just recently bought another Xsara Picasso a 2005/55 Desire 2 1.6 in Grey and have had to use Slip End Garages parts department a few times and as with the sales department the Parts department are more the happy to assist and help as and when they can, I've had no issues with them recently or in the past.
