Visited for the first time last night and was very impressed.
We ordered at the automated screens, took a table number and sat in one of their comfortable booths to await delivery of our food.
It was good value and only took around 5mins to arrive but you could tell it had been cooked fresh to order as it was piping hot which was amazing. So much better than lukewarm food you get from other fast food places.
Taste was excellent- my husband really enjoyed his hot buffalo chicken sandwich meal with blue cheese dip, and I loved my chicken tenders meal with honey mustard dip and Texas toast!
The skin on fries are also delicious, hot, well seasoned and actually taste like potato - just like they should.
Loved that the drinks are free refills so when we left we topped up our cups and headed off to the cinema to watch a movie (and saved having to pay exorbitant cinema prices!!).
Service was excellent from the friendly and efficient team so we will be coming back again!

Tried this place about a year ago and it has now become one of mine and my fianceé's go to places to eat when visiting Guildford. Food is great and portions are good, my favourite is the tenders meals that come with garlic fried bread, which is very tasty. They have a great selection of sauces, probably something for everyone, my favourite is the house sauce.
The restaurant has a great atmosphere, nice decor and always playing great music.
Service is usually very quick.
Very impressed, decided to pop in for lunch wasn't v. busy the food was actually very good, hot and tasty and big portions. We had the chicken wings and then the tenders the chicken was juicy, not dry. The dips were so good and the Texan Toast was ???????? will definitely be back.
Food was okay and ordered a takeaway but Jesus customer service needs improving, threw the bag food at me like a dog ???? i was so shocked it didn’t register with me till I walked out so didn’t kick off, but matey needs to learn how to say thank you or at least acknowledge the customer
One of the best fried chicken places I've been. They do prepare everything fresh and you taste it. The wings are super crispy and juicy. They also have a ton of different sauces to choose from. Unlimited drinks is an advantage too.
They do fried pickles too. Something I only found in the US and in Dubai. Great seeing some less known dishes being introduced to the UK market.
Price is on the high side, however worth the taste and quality

I can say Silm Chicken is my favourite top 3 of fast food shop. Taste so good and fresh, when you just got the chicken you can feel that they are still hot. With a reasonable price. Yesterday they gave me the wrong source and I told them about that they just give me back the right one and let me keep the source. I like the way that they treat the customer. It is really good!
I’ve been 3 times once during rush hour the food is always fresh and warm staff are great ????
Nice little restaurant for some American style chicken. Upon entering the restaurant it was a bit chaotic with a short wait to dine in. This is to be expected as it only opened a few days ago. The food was delicious with only a short wait after ordering. The staff are friendly and attentive. We had wings and a honey barbecue sandwich, all of which were piping hot and tasty. Overall definitely a place worth visiting to get your American style chicken fix.
