Found skippers whilst passing after a long journey from Limerick Ireland, I was immediately welcomed and delighted they accepted credit cards.
The service and 2 ladies that served me were fantastic thanks so much for the amazing food a pleasure to recommend and I definitely will be back. A+++++((
Pie n chips were nice.
Had a pizza...1st attempt was a pile of mush...I thankfully opened it in front of the delivery man. Off he went to replace it.
2nd attempt no better as it is uncooked, its a vegetarian option...really unimpressed. I am always pleased with the food, the staff and service, shake up the pizza chef hes in need of training
A fine fish supper before catching the ferry to escape brexitland. Just 10 mins walk from ferry terminal. Fine food, kind & friendly. Thanks for the water bowl for the dog and her sausage treat. Well done & thank you.
Ordered online. Food 30 minutes late. Delivery girl very nice and apologetic (clearly not her fault) Chips cold and fish over cooked. Staff seem over worked and business very badly run. Should invest and support their staff like the lovely delivery girl so they can be happy and get the most from them.
I order from skippers regularly and always find the food to be lovely and at very reasonable cost .
I 100 percent recommend the cheesecake it's amazing.
I order meat Donner large and onion ring. Waited there 1 hours for food. It’s Was not busy. The receptionist was rude. My food was ready on hot plat. She even did not bother to pass to me. Absolutely bad service. Me Along with 3 other friends had to leave these place without food. May will not be best idea if you have time constrain.
Have been having fish n chips from Skippys since the 1st lockdown in March every friday. Normally lovely but tonights were terrible. The fish was horribly overcooked, couldn't even cut it, it was hard and very dry. Obviously been sitting in the hot box for ages then decided to give it out as a delivery. Most dissapointed after having them for such a long time. In these circumstances we feel we want to support the local eaterys but seriously, they are not helping themselves. I used to fry in a fish n chip shop years ago and if I had a piece of fish like that it would have been binned.
we have found skippers in Harwich and highly delighted . So far we have tried fish and chips . Burgers ???? and tonight had the best i’ve ever tasted pizza ????. We have been very pleased with all our orders and service from skippers the food has been top notch and we will continue to order from them in the future.
